Important notes
- While it is possible to sightread these charts on the gig, they weren’t designed or written for that purpose. For best results you will still need to listen to the song at least once and make some mental or written notes.
- In order to keep the charts on one page so you can easily read them on an ipad or PDF viewer, I use ‘multi-measure’ rests to indicate that a groove continues or gets repeated. After you read through a few charts this notation style will hopefully be clear.
- These charts are not always 100% accurate. I do my best to make the chart readable for general use, and some charts are more accurate than others in terms of the specific part or groove. Please do your due diligence when preparing.
- I welcome your feedback; If there is anything you think should be changed, or if you find a mistake please let me know.
- These are free for you to use, but please don’t share or re-upload. If you wish to support the time involved to create these there is a Donate button (USD) at the bottom of the page (and some nice thank you’s 😀👍) or click here to donate in CAD
These charts took many hours to create, so if you find you’ve saved a lot of prep time for your gig (that’s great!) then please consider donating (CAD link), or donate USD via the Paypal button below. Cheers, 🙂
THANK YOU!
“Hey Joel! I just wanted to say a massive thank you for your drum charts, I used them to help up my reading skills for a gig, and they were invaluable! Thanks so much!” – Emily Dolan Davies
